PROFESSIONAL IRONS 2,5 LT. WATER CAPACITY

PROFESSIONAL IRONS  FOR HOUSEHOLD 1,4LT WATER CAPACITY

Ironing, what a passion!

May be not everyone knows that….

“I’ll do everything in the house apart from ironing”

“Ironing is the only house work that relaxes me”

These two antithetic statements are very common because when it comes to ironing, everybody says its own opinion. The beloved/hated iron is the irreplaceable small electrical appliance that has the delicate task of giving shirts, sweatshirts, jackets or skirts the best possible shape.

There has been quite an evolution in the iron since the times when our grandmothers used to put it on coals in order to heat up the plate.

The modern steam irons with separate boiler make us save quite a lot of time and grant perfect results.

Ironing well is an art which can be of everybody. The only thing you have to do is following some advice:

v     It’s always better to iron sweashirts inside so that they don’t become shiny.

v     In order to have perfectly ironed shirts, it’s better to start ironing the sleeves, then the back. After sizing the front, iron the collar.

v     All articles of clothing with printed drawings must be ironed inside so that they do not stick to the iron.

v     Jeans must not have creases.

v     Embroideries on shirts or linen must be ironed inside out.

v     The items of clothing in acetate or blend must not be damp or wet before ironing.

v     Velvet items must never be ironed, only vaporized.

v     If you notice some marks or stains on the cloths you are about to iron, do not iron the stains otherwise they’ll be fixed forever.

v     Never iron the buttons, especially if they are made of plastic.

v     Ecologic furs do not need ironing.

v     Dark trousers and skirts should be ironed inside out so that they do not get shiny.

v     Pieces of crochet must be pulled with hands when wet and must be ironed only after they go back to their shape.

v     Never put the iron on the ribs of a sweatshirt: they’d get flat and lose their shape.
