Before switching on the generator, connect the filter and the water tube correctly. If you put the water tube in a bucket, always pay attention that the water in the bucket does not end. 

1)      Plug in the generator (the boiler power is 3000 watt)

2)      Switch on the boiler by pressing the button “boiler”, the red light will go on and the process of filling in the generator with water will begin. This process usually lasts about 4 minutes.

3)      When the water covers the probe, which is inside the glass indicator of the water level, the loading process finishes and the red light gets off.

4)      Connect the irons with the tubes for the steam situated on the electric valves  and switch on the buttons “iron”.

5)      Wait till the manometer (that indicates the pressure inside the boiler) reaches 3.5/4 bar.

6)      Press the button for the steam.

7)      During the ironing process it is normal if the red light gets on every now and again.

EVENTUAL POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

Every times something happens during the ironing process, you always have to turn off the boiler buttons, plug off the generator, slightly unscrew the boiler cap and let the steam go out before doing anything else.

1) If the first loading process lasts more then 4 minutes, the red light begins to flash and you will hear an alarm sound.

Check that the water flows in the tube and that the tube is well connected.

Switch off the boiler button and after checking what mentioned above, switch it on again.

2) If during the ironing process, the red light begins to flash and the alarm sound gets on again, it means that the loading process lasted more than 1 minute.

Switch off the boiler button, slightly unscrew the boiler cap and let the steam go out before doing anything else. Check that the water flows in the tube and that the tube is well connected. Screw in the cap and switch on the boiler button.

3) If the red light gets on and the pump keeps on loading water even if the probe inside the glass indicator of the water level is covered by water, it means that the water in the glass indicator is demineralized.

Switch off the boiler button, unplug the water tube, completely empty the boiler by opening the tap situated under the boiler; close the tap, plug in the water tube again and switch on the boiler button.

4) If the pump makes a strange noise and doesn’t load water, it means that the pump has sucked air up. In this case you must switch the boiler button off, slightly unscrew the cap and let all the steam go out. Check that the tube for loading water is well connected and that the water actually flows inside it, screw the cap and switch on the boiler button.

N.B.

The boiler power is 3000 Watt (almost 14 ampere), the two irons have a power of 1600 WATT (almost 8 ampere). Be careful when you connect the 2 plugs, it’s better if you plug them separately.

 MAINTENANCE

It’s advisable to periodically rinse the boiler for a better and longer performance.

You should rinse it once a week, opening the tap situated under the boiler. The warranty does not cover damages caused by kalk, due to the fact that the boiler has not been rinsed.

It also does not cover damages due to incorrect use.
