| The
boiler releases
little steam |
Probably
while filling the boiler, some water came into the boiler soaking the
insulating tape. |
Use
the machine as usual. The insulating tape will dry thanks to the heat. If,
within an hour, the problem is not solved (while the system is working),
contact the technical service. |
| The
iron releases steam and water together |
You
might have filled the boiler with too much water. The problem will not be
solved until you drain the exceeding water. |
Drain
the machine of the exceeding water (before unscrewing the boiler cap
follow the above-mentioned instruction). |

The
iron plate does not get enough warm (be careful: the iron plate has to be
warm before using steam). |
Verify
that the iron temperature knob is at the right position to iron : cotton. |
| The
iron does not releases steam |
The
steam knob (where existing) might be closed. |
Open
the steam knob turning it anticlockwise. |

The
iron light might be switched off. |
Switch
the iron on. The light indicates that it is working. Wait at least 4 min.
so that the iron plate becomes warm. |

The
boiler light might be switched off. |
Switch
the boiler on. The light indicates that it is working.
Wait at least 10 min. until the boiler produces steam. |

The
boiler water might be out. |
Fill
the boiler with water, following the instructions. |
| The ironing board is wet |
The
ironing tablecloth might not be appropriate and therefore does not let the
steam go trough. |
Try
with a thicker cloth or with two clothes superimposed. In this way you
have a surface that can absorb the steam. If you use a thermo-aspirating
board use the aspiration function every time you use steam. |

The iron might leaks (water and steam)
test it, spraying steam on a dry cloth. |

The
boiler might contain dirty water. |
Fill
the empty boiler with 1 Lt water, screw the cap, shake it, unscrew the cap,
empty the boiler, do it again until the water is clean. Do not add
anything; starting to iron again sprinkle firsts the steam on a cloth. The
steam tubes might still be dirty. |
