TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SELF-LEVELLING INTERNAL BOILER RESERVOIR

·        4  safety valves

·        boiler in stainless steel 18/10 –304 aisi- thickness 2 mm. –Tank capacity 2,5 lt. Working capacity 2 lt for 4 hours autonomy.

·        Copper electric extractable immersion heater –1000 W- that permits avoiding any type of dispersion with a remarkable saving of energy up to 30%.

·        Bulb safety thermostat with fixed calibration  160 °C that acts directly on the resistance interrupting the functioning in case of temperature increase or water lack.

·        Safety thrust meter with double protection:

2,2 Bar calibration keeps the working pressure constant, acting directly on the internal steam pressure;

·        Patented non-unscrewing safety cap, 3,5 bar calibration, always acts in case of any anomaly that can cause pressure increase.

·        External solenoid valve with regulation. Beyond being of easy maintenance, it helps regulating the desired steam quantity.

·        On request silver double welding external manometer that permits the visual and constant control of the pressure.

 

N.B.: Each individual nucleus of the boiler is submitted to very strict tests of 8 atmospheres before being mounted. Being all the components completely extractable, the internal boiler can be easily cleaned from the lime.
